Employees Participate in Neighborhood Clean Up

Regional One Health's employee volunteer group, the Difference Makers, often donate their free time to charitable events in our community. Recently, a group of Regional One Health employees took part in the Trash Flash Mob organized by the Memphis Medical Center to clean up the medical center area. Coopwood Represents American Hospital Association in Washington

On May 21,2014, Reginald Coopwood, M.D., President and CEO of Regional One Health, testified before the Health Subcommittee of the Energy and Commerce Committee of the U. S. House of Representatives on “Keeping the Promise: Site-of-Service Medicare Payment Reforms.”  Dr. Coopwood testified on behalf of the American Hospital Association (AHA) encouraging Congress to reject site-neutral payment policies for hospital outpatient departments.
