Washington serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Regional One Health. She oversees all human resources functions including benefits and wellbeing, compensation and HRIS, HR business advisory, organizational development, and talent acquisition.
Washington has over 18 years of comprehensive leadership experience in the human resources field, working in diverse industries including health care, gaming, consumer services and manufacturing. Prior to her current role, she served as the Director of Employee Relations and Vice President of Human Resources for Regional One Health.
A graduate of Tennessee State University, Washington obtained her bachelor’s degree and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management as well as certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources. She is a member of the Board of Directors for the YWCA Greater Memphis, the Tennessee Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration (TSHHRA), and the New Memphis Talent Collaborative.
