Board of Directors

Regional One Health is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that governs and operates an integrated healthcare delivery system including the acute care hospital Regional Medical Center. This governing body ensures that adequate resources are allocated for the delivery of quality care and service, stewardship and safeguarding the organization’s mission. The governing body is responsible for maintaining quality patient care, and holds the senior leadership team accountable for the provisions of such care and attaining performance goals that improve the health status of the community.
