Jared Bulluck, CFRE, a seasoned leader in the non-profit sector, has recently joined the Regional One Health Foundation in 2023.
In his previous role as the Director of Development at the Memphis Museum of Science and History (MoSH), Jared led the organization’s development and special events strategy, achieving significant milestones such as capital fundraising, corporate and foundation relations, grant management, and diversified event revenue strategy. Before MoSH, Jared spent 11 years at Leadership Memphis becoming the Senior Director of Operations where he directed fundraising campaigns, managed the operations, and oversaw core programs.
Jared’s educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from Christian Brothers University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Memphis. In addition, Jared is a Certified Fund Raising Executive, which is internationally recognized and signifies a commitment to ethical and effective fundraising practices.
Mary Catherine joined Regional One Health Foundation in October 2014, bringing with her almost 10 years of experience in event management and public relations.
In Mary Catherine’s previous corporate meeting and events position, she worked on such notable events as the grand opening of the new Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital; National Civil Rights Museum Freedom Awards, which has such distinguished honorees as the Dalai Lama, Al Gore and B.B. King.
Mary Catherine’s vast experience in corporate meeting and event management is instrumental in her role as Director of Events. Mary Catherine oversees and implements all the current and potential Foundation events, including the Foundation’s largest, most exciting fundraiser of the year, the annual gala.
Mary Catherine is a native Memphian. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, practicing yoga and is an avid runner.
Allison Catron has over 20 years of experience in Project Management, Development and Office Administration for corporations, nonprofits and local government.
Before joining Regional One Health Foundation, Allison served as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager for Memphis Tomorrow and was a Financial and Performance Analyst and Executive Assistant for Raymond James for 10 years. She also spent 10 years in Development working for several local and national nonprofits, including Fundraising Manager for American Cancer Society, Make-A-Wish Foundation and Director of Development for Porter-Leath.
Allison directly handles all donations, supports the Executive Team and manages the office. She’s a problem solver and is the friendly voice that will greet you when you call the Regional One Health Foundation office.
Allison received her bachelor’s degree from Memphis State University and grew up in Collierville, Tennessee. She lives in Memphis with her husband Brandon, her dog Cody and is the proud mother of twins, Brandon and Brielle.
Nikki is a dedicated nonprofit professional with a passion for community service.
Nikki has a rich background in events, hospitality and tourism with a focus on creating experiences that bring communities together. Her experience includes work with New Memphis, Memphis Brooks Museum of Art, and the Convention Center in Downtown Memphis. In her current role, Nikki is responsible for expanding event operations that support fundraising campaigns and system programming for Regional One Health.
She earned her BA in Communications from UT Knoxville, and her MA in Arts Administration from Goucher College.
Hilliary has worked as a Proposal Writer and Funding Researcher for nonprofit organizations in the Mid-South and beyond for more than 15 years. In Memphis, she has worked for the Alliance for Nonprofit Excellence, the Shelby County Health Department, Southern College of Optometry, the University of Tennessee, and West Cancer Center. The majority of her work has focused on securing grants to support health care for underserved populations.
Hilliary began her association with the Foundation in 2018 and officially joined the team in 2023. At the Foundation, Hilliary works with program leaders to understand their goals and funding needs, prepare and submit grant proposals, and assist in the management of awarded funds.
Hilliary is a member of the Grant Professionals Association and an AmeriCorps VISTA alumna. She has a BA in Music from Bennington College. She has a MA in Linguistics and Graduate Certificate in Professional Writing from the University of Memphis. Hilliary is excited to be part of the Foundation team and proud to support the work done at Regional One Health.
Evans serves as Senior Development Officer, where he drives engagement and fundraising with companies, donors, and co-workers. He joined the Regional One Health Foundation in January 2024.
As a relational fundraiser, Evans is passionate about connecting others to the mission of Regional One Health.
In his previous role at ALSAC/St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Evans worked with corporate partners and contributed greatly to the $50 million workplace giving program.
Evans earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Lambuth University, now the University of Memphis Lambuth.
Sarah joined the Regional One Health Foundation team as the Director, Prospect Management & Research in September 2023. She received a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Northern Iowa and master of arts degree from the University of Iowa. Sarah has 15 years of experience in non-profit and higher-ed fundraising, having worked at the Heard Museum in Phoenix, AZ; Salisbury House & Gardens in Des Moines, IA; Iowa State University Foundation in Ames, Iowa; and most recently at Kutztown University Foundation in Kutztown, PA.
She has experience in membership, annual fund, major gifts, database management, comprehensive and capital fundraising campaigns, prospect research, and portfolio optimization. Most recently she was the Director of Advancement Services at Kutztown University Foundation where she oversaw database operations, stewardship, and prospect research and analytics during KUF’s first comprehensive campaign.
She currently lives in Ann Arbor, MI with her engineer husband, Aaron, along with one great dane, Fezzik; and two cats, Buttercup and Humperdinck.
Samuel McCrimmon, J.D., has over 20 years of successful Advancement and Management experience leading coordinated advancement and development teams, and joined the Regional One Health Foundation team as the Executive Director in June 2024.
Sam served as Vice President for Advancement and External Relations at Mercyhurst University. Under McCrimmon’s leadership, Mercyhurst achieved significant milestones in fundraising, alumni relations, government and foundation relations, public relations, and career advising. These achievements include a multi-million dollar fundraising and public relations initiative that resulted in an NCAA Division 1 invitation from the Northeast Conference, the securing of a first congressionally directed spending request for the Autism Initiative that was further matched by a foundation, a seven-figure unrestricted bequest, the successful rebuilding of the advancement team, and the acquisition of a technology improvement grant from another foundation. Additionally, he oversaw Mercyhurst’s strong participation growth in the first destination survey and an increase in the University’s coverage by national media.
From 2020-2022, Sam served as the Associate Vice President of Advancement at Le Moyne College, and oversaw the successful completion of the $100 million Always Forward Campaign, the College’s largest ever, remotely during the pandemic; he served as Director of Major Gifts and Advancement Services from 2017-2020. Sam served as the Vice President for Advancement at the University of Toledo in Toledo, Ohio from 2015-2016 where he led the integration of the first ever division of University Advancement and produced the highest fundraising total of $18.4M in a non-campaign year. Sam also oversaw the management of over 100 employees in fundraising, marketing, alumni relations, communications, and special events.
Sam began his career as a Development Specialist for Wheeling Jesuit University. Other previous roles include the Executive Director of Clinical Development (2011-2015) & Major Gifts Officer (2011) at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and UPMC Health System, and Executive Director of Major Gifts (2010-2011) at the University of Detroit Mercy. He earned a B.A. degree from Wabash College (Summa Cum Laude), Master of Theological Studies from Duke University (Summa Cum Laude), and Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. His community service includes the Erie Regional Chamber and Growth Partnership Government Relations Committee, the Pennsylvania Chamber Labor and Employment Committee; Sam also served as Chair of the Moon Township Public Library Board of Trustees. Sam and his wife Lisa have three children in a blended family.
Jonathan Blake came to Regional One Health in 2022 with a long tenure at the non-profit Transplant Foundation. While at Transplant, Blake was responsible for creating and fulfilling strategies to increase donation rates through nurturing partnerships and educating hospital staff. His professional experience also includes creating print and electronic media, as well as sales proposals and presentations. He gained his bachelor’s in Advertising and his master’s in Journalism from the University of Memphis.
Blake strives to communicate messages, publish stories, and to persuade audiences to make a difference. He invests his talents at the Foundation in the areas of email marketing and design, fundraising, and project management.
He is married to Rossana and has three children, Emily, Elizabeth, and Ethan – and they all enjoy walking their dogs and keeping fit out in Mississippi.
Tammie, CRFE, has served as the leader of the Regional One Health Foundation since 2004. Prior to that she served as Development Director for Girls Incorporated of Memphis. She is a native Memphian, having graduated from Ridgeway High School and Rhodes College.
Tammie did her graduate work at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Tammie is a Certified Fund Raising Executive, an internationally-recognized designation for philanthropic fundraising executives. She is a member of the Health Management Academy, the Association of Health Care Philanthropy, and the Association of Fundraising Professionals.
She is a former member of the Board of Directors for the Memphis Downtown Rotary Club, and a former President for Women of Achievement.
