Muhammad Saad Hamid, MD is a board-certified internal medicine physician in Regional One Health’s medical oncology division.
Dr. Hamid earned his medical degree from Aga Khan Medical Center in Karachi, Pakistan and completed his residency in internal medicine at Wayne State University’s Detroit Medical Center. He went on to complete his fellowship in hematology and oncology at Wayne State University Karmanos Cancer Institute.
Dr. Hamid serves as a member of the American Society of Hematology, American Society of Clinical Oncology and American Board of Internal Medicine. He is also an assistant professor of hematology and oncology at University of Tennessee Health Science Center.
He serves on the B-Cell Lymphoma and CLL/SLL/Hairy Cell Leukemia panels for the National Comprehensive Cancer Network.
His research has been published in numerous professional journals, including the World Journal of Clinical Oncology, Journal of Cancer Epidemiology and The Oncologist.
